Academic Development Administrative Officer
Giacinta (Gia) Longo is working within LEAD (Learning Enhancement and Academic Development) Centre in the capacity of Academic Development Administrative Officer.
- Overview
Giacinta has led the development of the new Academic Calendar system ‘AdCal’, and supports a wide variety of LEAD Centre projects. She is a ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ graduate, with a BA (Hons) in Film and Media, and a MA in Film (editing) obtained at Screen Academy Scotland.
She has two decades of experience in customer service and hospitality, where she has undertaken different roles, as well as having worked in the Care sector.
Giacinta’s dissertation documentary ‘Art is Where the Heart is’ has been screened at Filmhouse during ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ Film and Media Graduation screening, and achieved the 3rd place.
